Nature Valley Boppers Shop - Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
The Nature Valley Boppers Shop can ship within the lower 48 United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Consumer is responsible for shipping costs.
Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.
After an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address of a package that you provided at checkout.
Precise delivery timing will depend on the final shipping location. Please allow 7-10 days for standard deliveries. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday.
Nature Valley Boppers Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact us at d2c.shops@genmills.com.

All sales are final. No returns. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If your product/s arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 business days of your receipt of your order.
